Everything you need to know about our pricing.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
No hidden fees whatsoever. You only pay the monthly subscription (if applicable) and the per-transaction fee. There are no setup costs, no minimum commitments, and no cancellation penalties.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank wire transfers, and ACH payments. Enterprise clients can also arrange custom billing terms and invoicing.
We offer a 14-day free trial of the Business plan with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. After the trial period, you can choose to continue on the Business plan or switch to Starter.
Transaction fees are calculated and billed at the end of each monthly billing cycle. You'll receive a detailed invoice showing each transaction. For Enterprise clients, we offer custom billing schedules and volume-based discounts.
If you reach your card limit, you'll receive a notification prompting you to upgrade. Existing cards will continue to work — you simply won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade your plan or remove unused cards.
